Manufacturing Quality:

• Welding: Consistent MIG/TIG welding (for steel/stainless) with smooth, defect-free seams.

• Surface Treatment: Hot-dip galvanized (HDG) to ISO 1461 for steel; powder coating or anodizing for aluminium; pickling & passivation for stainless steel.

• Edge Finish: Burr-free and smooth to prevent cable sheath damage.

• Electrical Continuity: Bonding kits available for grounding per NEC requirements.
